PPSA
(Peak Performance Service Agreement) - (Annual)
A program designed for our customers to
avoid costly repairs and to make sure your
equipment is running properly and safely.
It extends the life of your equipment and
lowers utility costs.
A
PPSA for (1) Residential system is $189.00
and just an additional $50.00 for the second
system. This agreement provides you with
two complete
inspections per year. Once during the
spring season and once during the fall season.
We provide you with a 10% discount on any
repairs if a problem should arise. Your
service consultant will provide with you
an 18 point check list to show you what
services were performed.

Residential
Extended Warranty Programs-(1-8 yr)
We
offer EquaGuard warranties with a term of
1 thru 8 years on both parts & labor.
We warranty full systems or single pieces
of equipment regardless of its age and as
long as it is in good working order. Prices
vary on the age of the equipment.
Service,
replacement parts, or new equipment installation
is absolutely free with no hidden fees. A
No Lemon Warranty is also available.
Important: We have noticed that while most
homeowners warranty their HVAC systems with
homeowner warranty companies, they are burdened
with waiting periods, diagnostic fees and
labor expenses. B&E warranties are the
exact opposite, when you call... we come immediately!

Extended
Warranty with PPSA
Consider our annual PPSA (Peak Performance
Service Agreement) with your extended warranty.
It can be purchased at anytime during the
term of your warranty. We highly recommend
the PPSA so that we can check the operation
of the equipment before seasonal use. Lack
of maintenance may void your warranty. Maintenance
service can be performed by any licensed contractor
and you must keep record of such services.
Price of an annual PPSA is $139.00 for a full
system or $39.00 for a second system, when
purchased at the same time as your extended
warranty.
