Your time is important to us. That's why when you call B&E for service you get an appointment at a precise time that is convenient for you. The service department is open from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and offers 24 hour emergency service.

AIR CONDITIONING SERVICE (Pre-Summer Service)

  • Condensor and Evaporator Coils inspected
  • Motor, Blower, wheels, fans, etc.. cleaned and inspected for proper operation.
  • Belts and Pullies inspected and adjusted as needed.
  • Refrigerant charge checked with Superheat/Subcooling Method
  • Air Filter inspected and replaced at your request.
  • Lubrication of all moving parts
  • Inspection of all electronic switches, thermostat, relays and components.
