Maintenance Agreements are a Good Investment for Many Reasons!

PPSA (Peak Performance Service Agreement) – (Annual)
A program designed for our customers to avoid costly repairs and to make sure your equipment is running properly and safely. It extends the life of your equipment and lowers utility costs.

A PPSA for (1) Residential system is $189.00 and just an additional $79.00 for each additional system at the same location. This agreement provides you with two complete HVAC inspections per year. Once during the spring season and once during the fall season. We provide you with a 10% discount on any repairs if a problem should arise. Your service consultant will provide with you an 18 point check list to show you what services were performed.
