There were ants in my unit and I never thought about ants causing an outdoor unit to stop working. The tech had to replace a part and cleaned out my unit. Now I know to make sure I have my unit serviced each year to reduce repairs that could have been prevented. Thank you B&E, we will call you again if needed.

Very fair priced as well.
