Eddie Burkhalter, Owner

Eddie Burkhalter founded B&E in 1983 after many years of HVAC maintenance for a private company in Charlotte.

Over the past 25+ years, Eddie Burkhalter and B&E has searched and employed only the most skilled and dedicated Service Technicians and HVAC Mechanics in the area, and to this day, each employee participates in a development program which keeps them up to date on the latest technology in the HVAC profession.

Greg Robinson, Operations Manager

Greg started working with B&E in 1985 and through constant mentoring by Eddie, he has grown into the Operations Manager with B&E. He is constantly educating himself to keep up with the rules of the game in the HVAC industry.

Lisa King, Dispatch & Service Manager

Handling a key position at B&E, Lisa has been an important team member since 2001. Lisa has a great repor, both personal and business, with all of our customers. She will take care of all your service needs. She maintains our residential and commercial maintenance contracts. She handles all of our financing options, permits and inspections, and scheduling for service. Over the course of many years, Lisa has mastered the art of wearing several hats and does so very professionally, on all levels.

 DeeDee Robinson, Bookkeeper

DeeDee has been with B&E as the bookkeeper since 1998. She brings several things to the table to help manage B&E such as bookkeeping skills and marketing skills. She can throw on a hat to help the office staff when needed in the areas of customer service, financing, scheduling, maintenance, and more. Technology is constantly changing and to help make things more convenient for our customers she is always keeping us up-to-date.

Paul New, Sales and Maintenance

We are very fortunate to have Paul New on our team. We thank Paul for serving our Country for over 20 years. He went to war for us to keep our country free. Leads by example, and has the most customers calling the office to praise his true professional attitude. Paul is also attending CPCC for Continuing Education in the changing Technology in this field.
